How will my order be shipped?

aToyWish.com ships all orders via UPS Ground. The charges are calculated during checkout based on the total weight of the items ordered. Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

How fast will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 2 days after we receive your order.

How do I find out if UPS Ground is fast enough for me?

Please call UPS @ 1-800-Pickups, at the prompt say “time in transit” and when requested enter 11219 as the starting zip code. If you need your order sooner than guaranteed by UPS Ground please select a faster shipping method at checkout.

Does aToyWish.com offer air shipping Services?

Yes, we offer all UPS Air services. Please note an item that is large in size and not necessarily heavy may be undercharged by our shipping calculator since UPS applies dimensional weight for Air Services. In this case we will notify you of any extra charges.

Does aToyWish.com charge sales tax?

Sales Tax (8.375%) is charged on orders shipped to addresses in NY State.

Does aToyWish.com ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority mail for the same charge as UPS ground shown at checkout

Does aToyWish.com ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and International?

Yes, we ship via UPS or USPS

Hawaii & Alaska:
Your order can be shipped via Ups or United States Postal Service Priority Mail to find out the USPS shipping rate please see the UPS ground rate at checkout and deduct 40% off that rate.

Canada:
Your order can be shipped via USPS or UPS. To find out the USPS shipping rate please see the UPS worldwide Express rates at checkout and deduct 60% off that rate. You may also select Ups Standard to Canada at checkout.

International:
Your order can be shipped via USPS or UPS. To find out the USPS shipping rate please see the ups Worldwide Express rates at checkout and deduct 60% off that rate.

Please note that we are not responsible for Import Tax charged by your local government.

Return Policy

Return or Exchange policy:

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS: On rare occasions customers may receive a defective product. Most toy manufacturers require that the customer contact them directly. Feel free to contact us for manufacturer information if needed. If you have any problems getting warranty assistance from the manufacturer, please contact us for a call tag and we will send a replacement, or (if no replacement is available) issue a full refund. NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS Returns are costly for us therefore we will only accept factory sealed unopened items ready to resell. ALL returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) from customer service via email. Items should be returned within 14 days accompanied with a note stating the order # and RMA#. We recommend that you return the item via insured & trackable shipping. Once the item is received & examined we will issue a refund. Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
